1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible:
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or customized items (e.g. printed names/images)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Clearance sale or discounted items
3. How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) showing the defect or issue

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weβll notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still unresolved, reach out to us at support@shoprinty.com
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, we cannot cancel as the order may already be in processing or dispatched.
