1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Printed items (like custom T-shirts, mugs) may take extra time during high demand.
- You will receive an email/SMS once your order is shipped with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
- 📦 Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
- 🚀 Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
Note: Shipping time varies based on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is FREE on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- COD and express delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India, including tier 2 & 3 cities and remote locations via trusted courier partners.
5. Delays or Issues
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:
- High volume during sales/festivals
- Remote area service availability
- Courier issues or natural events
We’ll keep you informed in case of significant delays.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your product is:
- Damaged on arrival → Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Not delivered → Contact us if not received within 10 days of dispatch
We’ll investigate and provide a resolution or replacement.
